These crackers are not only delicious and nutritious, but go great on their own or with some delicious spreads and toppings. Gluten and dairy free, sugar free, egg free and suitable for vegans.

Try to use organic ingredients and pure spring water.

  • ¾ cup of pepitas
  • ½ cup flax seeds
  • ¼ cup of sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup of chia seeds
  • ¼ cup of hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup of cumin seeds
  • ½ cup of buckwheat
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 ½ cups of water

 

Pre-heat oven to 150o C.

Add all ingredients to a jar and soak until the water is completely absorbed. Spread out onto an oven tray lined with baking paper, and firmly press together.

Bake in a slow oven for about an hour, allowing it to all dehydrate and dry out. Allow to cool, and break up into desired sized pieces, enjoy with your favourite dip!

#Tip – If you would like perfect shapes, then its best to cut while still hot!
